Digital Marketing Project Manager



SILCA is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with demonstrated experience closely managing digital projects and campaigns for small and medium-sized companies. Working with outside contractors, a small creative team, and tight budget this individual will be responsible for defining scope, cost, and timelines as well as ensuring project deliverables are met on time and on budget.


The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, developing, and executing on short, medium, and long-term campaigns while also responding to the ever-changing digital marketing and e-commerce landscape and balancing a tight budget with a young entrepreneurial spirited outdoor sports manufacturer.

Preferred experience:

  • Hubspot or equivalent
  • Google Analytics
  • Shopify Amazon Seller Central
  • Other comparable eCommerce platforms

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience in digital project management that include technical integrations, campaign management, and E-commerce growth strategies

BA/BS or equivalent preferred but not required.



Skill sets required include-

  • Deep understanding of website design development
  • Project management expertise and flexible project management methods, including demonstrated project leadership experience.
  • Facilitation of analysis, requirements, and estimation of user stories, features
  • Ability to identify and correct bottlenecks and scope creep by providing strategic solutions and trade-offs for blockers/issues.
  • Ability to create, maintain, and communicate project plans, including schedules and milestones, and stay on track and on budget with approved SOWs and client requests.
  • Experience balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
  • Ability to see and track to big-picture vision, while managing executional details.
  • Identification and implementation of processes to improve productivity, quality, and performance of your team.
  • Communication of resource requirements and duration for capacity planning and resource management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing agencies and contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and ability to foster effective communication with team members.
  • Ability to work in a small and collaborative team environment.
  • Motivated self-starter that keeps up with new digital trends and tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of working with tight deadlines.
