    How do I start the airflow on my Elettrico Micro Pump?

    To start airflow on your Elettrico Micro Pump, please turn the pump on and then double click the power button. This click sequence is in place to help avoid this pump starting while stored in a bag, pack, or pocket.

    Can the Elettrico Micro fit in a Mattone Bag?

    Yes, the Elettrico Micro can fit in both of our Mattone bags comfortably with room for your other tools.

    Are there any replacement parts offered for the Elettrico Micro?

    At this time, we only offer replacement parts for this pump through a special order. Please reach out to our customer service team (sales@silca.cc) to order replacement gaskets, gasket covers, and accessories.

    How can I reset my Elettrico Micro if needed?

    If you need to reset your Elettrico Micro, please charge it for at least 10 minutes as this will prompt a hard reset.

    Does the Elettrico Micro fit in frame storage?

    The Elettrico Micro is small enough to fit in some frame storage. Please see the dimensions in the product description to confirm if this will work for you.

    Can the Elettrico Micro be used in hot or cold conditions?

    The Elettrico Micro can be used in hot or cold conditions, but should be stored in a temperature controlled enviroment. Please do note that the battery in these pumps can be depleted faster when exposed to high heat or cold for an extended period of time.

    Why does the Elettrico Micro not include a screen like the Elettrico Ultimate.

    The Elettirco Micro was designed to be a CO2 replacement that is as small and as light as possible. The Elettrico Ultimate was deisgned to be a floor pump replacement that can be carried with you on a ride.

    Can the Elettirco Micro be used with both Presta and Schrader valves?

    The Elettrico Micro can be used directly onto Presta valves and includes a threaded hose that can be used as a Schrader adapter.

    Can the Elettrico Micro be used with an alternative chuck?

    Yes, the Elettrico Micro can be used in combination with alternative chucks that can be threaded into the threaded Scahrder receiver on the gasket cover. This includes the CLIK adapter.
