SILCA garantiert für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren, dass diese Produkte frei von Herstellungsfehlern sind.

    Die meisten Tubeless-Felgenbänder sind für Hersteller oft nur eine Nebensache – sie neigen zum Reißen, leiern aus, werden undicht oder hinterlassen klebrige Rückstände, die jede spätere Wartung erschweren. Das SILCA Ultimate Tubeless Rim Tape wurde entwickelt, um genau diese Schwachstellen zu eliminieren. Es ist die langlebigere, sauberere und montagefreundlichere Lösung, die das Fundament für ein perfektes Tubeless-Setup bildet.

    WAS MACHT ES ZUM „ULTIMATE“?
    Dreilagige Stärke:     kombiniert hochfeste, dehnbare und abriebfeste Schichten, um Schnitte, Verformungen und Dichtungsfehler zu verhindern. Mehrschichtiger Verbund: Ein Mix aus PET, PU und speziellen abriebfesten Schichten sorgt für maximale Haltbarkeit und schmiegt sich perfekt an das Felgenbett an.

    Moderner Klebstoff: haftet sicher auf Carbon- und Aluminiumfelgen, lässt sich aber rückstandslos entfernen – das macht die Wartung schneller und sauberer. Druck- und temperaturbeständig: stabil bis zu 8,3 bar (120 psi) und zuverlässig bei Temperaturen von -20 °C bis 60 °C (-4 °F bis 140 °F).

    Frustfreie Montage:
    Die ausgewogene Steifigkeit und Dehnbarkeit gewährleisten eine glatte, präzise Installation, selbst bei schwierigen Felgenprofilen.     Jede Rolle enthält Abschluss-Patches für einen sauberen Look in Profi-Qualität. Eine Rolle reicht für vier 700C-Felgen (einlagig) oder zwei Felgen (zweilagig).

    Will you be making a larger size range of this tape?

    At this time, we are only offering this tape in 27mm and 32mm but we hope to expand these offerings in the future.

    Is this tape compatible with your sealant?

    Although this tape is not made of TTP, as we suggested was used for our sealant, it has been designed to be compatible with our sealant due to its tri-laminate construction.

    How tight do I have to strech this tape during installation?

    Although this tape is not heavily elastic, it is important to keep strong tension on this tape during installation to keep it taut.

    How many wheels can I wrap with a roll of this tape?

    One roll of this tape can be used on approximately four 700c wheels when installing a single layer. Each roll contains 10 meters of tape.

    How is your tape compatible with your sealant if it is printed on?

    Although this tape is not made of TTP (can not be printed on), as we suggested was used for our sealant, it has been designed to be compatible with our sealant due to its tri-laminate construction, which is highly abrasion-resistant but can be printed on, unlike TPP.

    Do I need to use one or two layers of this tape?

    This tape has been tested to require only one layer for most riders and situations. If you are riding at very high tire pressures, you may want to consider a second layer.
