2026 MADE Bike Show: BTCHN'Bikes 32" Bandito Flat Bar Gravel

BTCHN bikesWhile the BTCHN bikes team might have missed the MADE party in person, they were still able to steal some of the spotlight. This 32” titanium flat-bar gravel bike, built for event director Billy Sinkford, turned a lot of heads. In classic BTCHN’ style, the 32er, which is a take on the brand’s Bandito platform, pairs boundary-pushing geometry with some of cycling’s newest tech.

As the official MADE Bike Show 2026 build, the fully custom machine features a shorter rear triangle than typical 32-inch bikes, meant to preserve a snappy, aggressive gravel geometry. The rigid front end utilizes a carbon Columbus fork paired with BTCHN’s titanium integrated bullmoose handlebars. To keep the cockpit clean, wireless SRAM AXS shifting is controlled via discrete blip buttons housed in Leap Components mounts, while mechanical Paul Component Engineering Klamper disc brakes handle braking.

The bike features Berd's newly released Sparrow50 Gold 32-inch aerodynamic gravel wheels laced with the brand’s vibration-damping polymer spokes. These wheels are wrapped in our new 32 x 2.4-inch SILCA Protocol RCG-3 tires. Finishing off the wheels are mini MADE valve caps fabricated by Mad Monkey Designs.

Looking at the drivetrain specifically, the focus is on lightweight domestic manufacturing and efficiency. It features White Industries' latest titanium crankset paired with a one-off, CNC-machined titanium chainring made by Josh Ogle of Ogle Component Design. This chainring features machined lettering paying tribute to this year’s MADE show. Additionally, the rear SRAM XX derailleur has been modified with a CeramicSpeed Oversized Pulley Wheel (OSPW) system. The build is rounded out with a custom Reform saddle and a San Util frame bag.

BTCHN’ Bikes, operated by owner and fabricator Tyler Reiswig out of Chico, California, is known for pushing the boundaries of extreme and performance-driven bicycle geometry. Though Reiswig was unfortunately unable to attend the 2026 MADE show in person, his presence was felt through this stunning 32er build. 

His brand has built a cult following for its wild engineering and design, including past creations like "The Jerk," a wild single-pivot steel enduro full-suspension bike, and a prototype trail mountain bike featuring an on-the-fly adjustable seat tube angle that could shift 10 degrees. Reiswig has also pioneered other 32-inch hardtails like the Alpina and the gravel bike shown at last year’s MADE show, cementing BTCHN's reputation as a builder that actively fabricates the parts that the rest of the industry doesn't yet offer.
