    Can the Elettrico Ultimate fit in a Mattone Bag?

    Yes, the Elettrico Ultimate can fit in both of our Mattone bags comfortably with room for your other tools, but will allow for the most extra space when used with a Mattone Grande.

    Are there any replacement parts offered for the Elettrico Ultimate?

    At this time, we only offer replacement parts for this pump through a special order. Please reach out to our customer service team (sales@silca.cc) to order replacement gaskets, gasket covers, and accessories.

    How can I reset my Elettrico Ultimate if needed?

    If you need to reset your Elettrico Ultimate, please charge it for at least 10 minutes as this will prompt a hard reset.

    Can the Elettrico Ultimate be used in hot or cold conditions?

    The Elettrico Ultimate can be used in hot or cold conditions, but should be stored in a temperature controlled enviroment. Please do note that the battery in these pumps can be depleted faster when exposed to high heat or cold for an extended period of time.

    What does the E10 error code mean on the Elettrico Ultimate Pump?

    The E10 error code on the Elettrico Ultimate Pump signfies low battery. Please charge this pump completely to resolve this issue.

    Can the Elettirco Ultimate be used with both Presta and Schrader valves?

    The Elettrico Ultimate can be used directly onto Presta valves and includes a threaded hose that can be used as a Schrader adapter.

    Can the Elettrico Ultimate be used with an alternative chuck?

    Yes, the Elettrico Ultimate can be used in combination with alternative chucks that can be threaded into the threaded Scahrder receiver on the gasket cover. This includes the CLIK adapter.
