The SILCA Mattone Ultimate offers minimalist on-bike storage in a compact, performance-forward seat pack. Engineered specifically for road riders and racers who prioritize a low-profile setup, this pack forgoes traditional stitched canvas construction in favor of RF-welded exterior panels and TPU composite fabric. Its seamless design creates a smooth exterior that mounts closer to the saddle rails while limiting water entry points.
Due to its material composition, construction, and compact size, the Mattone Ultimate weighs a featherweight 44 grams (1.55 oz). That’s a 50% reduction compared to the 90-gram original Mattone. Inside, the clamshell opening reveals a simplified 0.4L single main compartment and a flat lid pocket.
Securing the pack is the premium BOA® Fit System featuring Li2. An upgrade over the original Mattone’s standard dial and open guide loop, the low-profile metal dial and soft TX4 lace cable make operation smooth and precise. This system provides micro-adjustable compression that tightens around the minimalist pack's TPU body, pulling the entire pack upward to eliminate sway.
