Lifetime Warranty

SILCA LIFETIME WARRANTY

The SILCA Lifetime Warranty covers products from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the user.  It further covers the function of all hard parts for 7 years from the date of purchase.  Expected wear and tear is not covered.  Learn more about warranties.

Roughly 70%* of damage to high-end carbon components like seat posts, handlebars, and stems happen when making adjustments without using torque measurement. This problem is accentuated by the majority of adjustments occurring on the roadside or trail-side. T-Ratchet + Ti-Torque solves these problems by delivering a highly ergonomic tool with a torque measuring extender that provides real-time feedback as you are tightening the fastener. The Ti-Torque beam has three separate scales on it, 2-6, 3-5, and 4-8, which allow you to easily see when you’ve reached your desired torque setting. Ti-Torque weighs in at a mere 30 grams meaning you’ll hardly notice it’s there until you need it. The T-Ratchet uses interchangeable magnetic components to convert from a screwdriver to ratchet, to ratcheting T-Handle in seconds, which gives the user the ability to have several tools at once in an extremely small package.

      T Ratchet and Ti Torque

Great quality and love the fact that I can change configuration of the ratchet but numbers on torque are very small and it is hard to set it to correct torque

      Sweet as candy.

This thing just solved 99% of my tool problems. Home or on the road, it has it all. Time will tell, but it seems very high quality. My Silca pumps are the best, so I’m sure this will be incredible, too.

      Great tool!

Great tool! Well made, and will be in my bike tool box or in my saddle bag. Versatile for applying the right torque in difficult places. Took a minute to figure out how to use the tool, and wish a video on actual using the tool. If you ever used a torque wrench, you usually dial in the torque, and then tighten the fastener until you hit torque (the tool will then clicks(or vibrate/beep/ light up on higher end electronic wrenches)). Yes, some torque wrenches have a dial, and you tighten fastener and watch dial until you hit desired torque - just not instructions on how to use tool in box and I could not find one video of someone actually torqueing a fastener with it (just talking about tool). This one you just tighten fastener until the needle reaches desired torque (need your reading glasses for that). Probably need to tell people to be careful about over-torqueing the tool in the video (and try to torque on a pull stroke not a push), as it appears easy to over-torque this tool (such low torque values). I do not know if this one can be repaired if over-torqued or not? Most analogue torque wrenches go into metal recycle pile if over-torqued, and I have had several end up in the metal recycle pile! Not fun to do that with a $250 dollars Snap-on analogue wrench. One of the reason I have switched to digital torque wrenches, but do not like the $350+ price tag! Still a great tool for low torque applications on carbon fiber bikes. Will probably order another!
