Elegant utility
This now lives in my workstand and holds everything from BMX, BSOs, all the way up to carbon frames. Works fine with MTB and road triangles too. In my Feedback stand what I particularly like about it is I can clamp the bar to the stand, and then place the bike on the bar, adjusting the QR end of the clamp accordingly. As awesome as the Feedback clamp is it's hard to shoulder a bike and operate it one handed, particularly at the elevated working heights possible with that stand. Initially I found the QR done up very tight and I wasn't sure how to operate it (don't pull it up, just loosen as you would any other fastener. It looks like the position of the silicon bumpers can also be easily adjusted with an allen key, which I may do as they're quite tight to turn.
Overall I expect this to last me many years. Effectively what it gets you is the benefit of a "Sprint" style front fork stand but with none of the downsides of that style of stand.
