Hard Surfaces
1. Test first in an inconspicuous are for surface integrity
2. Wet area before applying.
3. Spray area liberally.
4. Wipe off immediately with a clean, white cloth.
5. Completely wash bicycle to remove any excess Ultimate Sealant Remover. Do not allow the treatment to remain on the bicycle for a prolonged period of time. Repeat, if necessary.
Clothing / Fabric Surface
1. Test first in an inconspicuous are for surface integrity
2. Spray area liberally and wait 3 minutes.
3. Gently agitate with a stiff brush (tooth brush works great).Repeat, if necessary.

Does what it is supposed to do
It works aa expected. I had a tire blowout which got sealant everywhere on my bike and this helped clean it up nicely although it still too some scrubbing.
Oddly enough, it works better on the Orange type sealant than the Silca sealant.

Wow!
This stuff works. Even old caked on latex comes off really easily.
