Foaming natural latex formula, ;environmentally safe, contains no ammonia. Use to replenish SILCA Ultimate Sealant with Carbon Foam every 90-120 days. Use of the replenisher may extend sealant life up to 1 year! Replenisher can be used on its own down to 0F/-18C. It is able to be injected through the valve stem. Comes with rubber hose for easy injection.
4oz Bottle comes with injector cap and the 32oz bottle can be used with an injector or to refill the 4oz bottle with injector cap.
CO2 can be used temporarily to seat the tire, but should then be released and replaced with the floor pump to preserve the life of the sealant.
I decided to try the Ultimate Tubeless Sealant as using the Stan's No Tube wouldn't even seal the smallest of pinholes. I run GP5000 S TR. 25mm front at 90psi and 28mm rear at 80psi.. so far I can tell that I have had punctures because of a little bit of sealant on the frame. But I wouldn't had known it while riding. I have put the replenisher in just to be safe. I think I've found the right stuff! Going to switch over all my other bikes as well. Note: is does not wash out of your bibs very well.

Easy to use. 4 oz bottle can fill from the valve stem
Its nice that this is an option for topping up sealant after adding the main sealant to the tire directly from bead. Having the sealant that fills bigger holes will be extremely useful on the roads that I ride!!
